Miss3 had a collection of wonderful gifts she had made at Kindy, Dynamites and a book we had made as a family. He also got a selection of his favourite treats selected by Mr1 and Miss3 in a pink gift bag (miss3 thought he would love a pink bag) and a wonderful story written by miss3. I just love this story it made me and Hubby laugh out loud. It is great seeing the world from a child's perspective.
Daddy likes to go on the farm. He watches TV. Samantha likes to jump in puddles and get mud on Dad's old clothes. He loves old Clothes and he's got some old clothes. He likes to drink water and eat porridge.
This made us laugh out loud as Hubby often wears his old clothes in the weekend when he is doing things around the house. He does drink lots of water and he always has porridge for breakfast. not to sure where the farm bit comes from as we don't go to my parent's farm very often, but obviously she enjoyed jumping in the mud puddles with him :)

We had a lovely morning starting with a sleep in - thanks kids :) then the kids and I made pancakes for breakfast. We had a shared lunch with friends then a lovely afternoon in the sun as a family. Don't think we could have asked for anything better. was nice to have a family day.
