I Spy Bags!!!
I have been meaning to make these for a while and finally got a chance to last night. They were so simple to make and even better, once again I used up bits and pieces from around the home. Scrap pieces of material, Bias binding that I have had in my sewing box for years. This is the firs time I have ever had to use it. Offcuts of plastic from our plastic mat on the table (we need it for the mess Mr1 makes), Orzo pasta that had been in my cupboard for YEARS. I think possibly 5??? but it was sitting in the craft pile waiting to be used on such a project and rice.
The little objects were just little things from my craft shelf, little things I had lying around like miss matched buttons, tiny toys that are too small for the kids to play with and bits from my sewing box.
After laminating the print out with all of the objects I now need to do one last touch - putting a hole in the bag so that the printout and the bag can stay attached and not get lost. But that can be tomorrows job.
Then two are going into my Christmas pile, the other two are being put away for special gifts.
Now to find a project to keep me busy tonight while Hubby is at work.
